Making changes to a field form submission

Document Actions


1) Click on "groups" in the left hand navigation bar.

2) Click on your state workspace in the list of options.

3) Click on "field form" submission folder in the list of options.

4) You should then be presented with a list of field forms you have already submitted. [ To add a new field form, click "add field form" in the green bar].

5) Click on the species field form submission to which you would like to make changes. Make your changes.

6) In the "description" box, put the date the you made changes.

7) Remember to click "save"!!!
