Submitting your field forms on-line
1) Make sure you have all your survey information completed and saved on your computer [field form, maps, pictures, etc.]. You can come back to change the submitted information later, but you can lose entered data if you navigate away from the field form submission page without saving.
2) Click on "groups" in the left-hand navigation bar.
3) Click on your state workspace
4) Click on "field form" submission folder from the listed options.
5) Click "add field form" in the green bar.
6) Fill in the form fields. Anything with a red dot after it requires an answer. This is a cover sheet and does not substitute for a completed field form.
7) To attach your field form, click "browse" under the line "field forms, pictures, etc." Browse on your computer to the item you wish to attach.
8) To attach subsequent items, click "add file" next to the paper clip above the browse box. This will provide more browse boxes. Attach only one item per browse box.
9) Remember to click "save"!!!!!!
10) If you need to make changes later or add additional information, return to the "field form submission folder" main page and click on the population you would like to change. Remember to click "save" when you're finished!
