Locating your survey information

Document Actions

1) Click on "my folder" in the blue-gray bar toward the top of the page.

2) The information for each site is typically in its own folder.  The naming convention for each folder is the state followed by the species code [typically the first three letters of the genus and species] and the EO number [or site name if we did not have the EO number available].

3) Click on the site folder to view the contents. The naming convention for the contents begins with the item type to tell you what each item is: Assignment sheet, field form or ff, EOR, blank topo, etc.  The field form is followed by the year it was completed. The field form may also be followed by "nf" which means that the population was not found that year, but there is information about the site and where past surveyors have searched which could be useful for your survey.
